The Board of Trustees approved the hiring of Brittany Horton to be the new principal of West Fork High School. Horton will take over the role for the 2026-2027 school year after serving as the dean of instruction at Keefer Crossing Middle School since 2025.

The last day to become an NCISD volunteer for the 2025-2026 school year is Friday, April 17, 2026.
